The Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Banque Sahélo-Saharienne pour l'Investissement et le Commerce and the Assistant Chief Executive Officer discussed with the Directors of the English and Arabic-speaking subsidiaries the financial reports of each subsidiary presented by the latter, and the difficulties encountered . However, a technical and administrative presentation covering the entire bank was done, including its financial situation and classification in the country concerned.

Indeed, at the end of the meeting, it was agreed to hold periodic meetings of the General Administration of the BSIC Banking Group and its subsidiaries and to monitor all decisions and actions approved during 

these meetings.
